it's been a while since my last post. It is because my times are spent on Badminton, My Love, and My Family. I can't sleep tonight. After losing in a match, I can't sleep, there's a lot of reasons why I can't sleep.

First, having an argument with my love. Starting from that, I've started to feel like I am USELESS MAN for her..She's a nice GF. but me? a worst one. I'm sorry dear.

erkkk! last morning, I had a Badminton training along with Chong Chi How, Head Coach of KBA (KELANTAN BADMINTON ASSOCIATION).. so tired.. it is because it's been too long I didn't training along with them.

for the 35 minutes having a shadows training.
for another 35 minutes spends on overhead jumping smash,
another 35 minutes on drive,
then finally smash!

sooo tired...but looking at her pictures, it's makes me smile.

well, in the afternoon, after going to my friend's BIGWORK, I've date with her, my only sweetheart in my life. Oh My God, this is the first time I will dating with her!
only God knows my feeling at that time, Excited + Nervous + Panic, all these feelings are combined into one. At the first time I saw her, my heart quickly beats. OMG, she's so cute!
